The IASA Show-Me Chapter is comprised of members within a 150-mile radius from St. Louis in the state of Missouri and within a 75-mile radius from St. Louis in the state of Illinois. The purpose of our chapter is to provide members with opportunities to engage in professional networking, industry education, earn Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits, and informational updates regarding the insurance industry, critical to the areas in which they live. Our chapter offers these opportunities through a spring event, a regional conference with the Central Illinois and Indiana chapters, as well as a fall event, which provides opportunity to network and earn CPE. Topics may include auditing standard updates, tax updates, forensics accounting, economic outlooks, ethics, human resource topics, IT/Cybersecurity and GAAP/STAT updates to name just a few.
