CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: In the event you need to cancel your registration please email Gina Jolly for assistance. Cancellations received by June 5, 2025 5 PM EST will be granted a full refund. All cancellations received after that will not be eligible for a refund.

CPE Requirements:

1. Use your device's camera to scan the QR code provided for each session located at each session. Locate your name on the app and check in up to 15 minutes before the session begins.
2. To check out, rescan the same QR code within 15 minutes after the session ends. Be sure to complete the included evaluation and provide your signature to finalize checkout for CPE.

• Attendance Requirement: Full session attendance is mandatory to qualify for CPE credit.(We will not give partial credit)
• Verification & Evaluation: Be sure to complete the included evaluation and provide your signature to finalize checkout.
• CPE Processing & Certificates: CPE credits will be processed within two weeks after the event.
• Attendees will receive an email notification once their certificates are available for printing.
• Assistance & Inquiries: Any CPE-related questions must be submitted within 30 days of the event. Requests made after this period will not be considered, and CPE credit will be forfeited.
• Record-Keeping: Attendees are responsible for maintaining their CPE records for certification purposes.
