Alex has more than five years of experience helping mid-size and F1000 global financial institutions enhance their enterprise risk and operational risk management programs. She has served in multiple capacities across the ERM lifecycle, including design and implementation of risk governance policies and frameworks, RCSA execution, issue management, regulatory compliance initiatives, risk reporting, and independent challenge and testing of operational controls across first and second-line functions. Her work focuses on strengthening risk ownership, accountability, and reporting across the Three Lines of Defense, helping organizations to align their ERM practices with industry and regulatory expectations.
