Paul Heacock is one of the original designers and facilitators of Profit and Cash® – The Insurance Game. With a career spanning more than five decades, Paul has held senior leadership roles in insurance, reinsurance, and consulting.
He began at General American Life and later joined the founding management team at Frankona America Companies, serving as CFO, corporate secretary, and board member. He went on to lead Human Dynamics, a consulting firm that advised clients including Swiss Re, Sprint, Hallmark, and McKesson.
A longtime IASA supporter and former IASA President, Paul co-edited IASA’s Life Insurance Accounting textbooks. He is also the author of BASIC Relationship and Leadership Strategies – Commonsense Ideas on How to Get Along Better with the Important People in Your Life. Paul currently serves on the board of Armed Forces Insurance.
