Cary Phillips is a trainer, consultant, and speaker who helps organizations improve profitability through better financial acumen, process improvement, and leadership. He’s one of the lead facilitators of Profit and Cash® – The Insurance Game.
A former practicing attorney and reinsurance executive, Cary spent 15 years at Employers Reinsurance Corporation, where he served as Vice President of Property and Casualty Claims and earned his Master Black Belt in Six Sigma process improvement through GE.
Known for making complex topics fun and engaging, Cary has presented to audiences across the U.S. and internationally on subjects ranging from leadership and change acceleration to “The Power of the Question" and even cruise ship bingo lessons. He’s also a member of the National Speakers Association and a part-time stand-up comedian.
