Biography
About
Bill Keely has been employed by the North Carolina Department of Insurance since 2013. Since 2016, Bill has been a supervising financial examiner leading teams of financial examiners conducting required risk focused statutory examinations of North Carolina domiciled insurance companies. Prior to this employment, Bill was an accounting manager at various insurance companies in North Carolina where was responsible for overseeing his employers statutory examinations performed by the NCDOI.
